Our studio is full of natural light that’s perfect for content creation, portrait photography, family portraits, lifestyle, and product photos.

EVENING & WEEKEND RENTALS:

$65/hr M-F, 5-11pm, Sat & Sun, 7am - 11pm

  • Full studio and all the features to yourself

  • 3+ Crew (Max 16)

  • Access to the entire space (1,100 Square feet), which excludes Podcast Room

  • 1-hour Minimum (Evenings), 2-hour Minimum (Weekends)

  • A Cleaning fee may apply (based on number of guests)

  • Access to ground level loading/unloading

STUDIO BUYOUTS:

$85/hr Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm

  • Ideal for full productions

  • 3+ Crew (Max 16)

  • Access to the entire space (1,100 Square feet), which excludes Podcast Room

  • A Cleaning fee may apply (based on number of guests)

  • Access to ground level loading/unloading
