Nonprofits & EVENT ORGANIZERS

    • Evening access to entire space: Monday - Friday, 5pm - 11pm

    • Weekend access is an additional flat $100 fee and can be added when needed.

    • Month-to-month contract

    • Use of wi-fi, printer/copier, water, coffee, snacks (limited to use of member, not to be distributed to event guests)

    • Access to Standard Resources: main room, meeting room, podcast studio, photo studio.

    • Credits: 8 hours of event bookings for the Main Room ($$520 value); 4 hours max per event. See ADD-ONS section below for additional hourly resource pricing.

    • Up to 35 attendees max per most events

    • Cleaning Fee waived based on event type

    • Includes 2 drop-in Day Passes per month for coworking, Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm

    • Access to our user-friendly member portal where you’ll be able to connect with other members, and rent the entire studio for your organizational event.

    • Access to all PERKS + discounts to special workshops and networking events.

    • A $100 Refundable Damage Deposit is applied to this membership.

    • Event insurance is required
