Join YBH and Come Through, from 9am - 5pm, Monday, Nov. 16th, for our first ACCOUNTABILITY CAVE!
YBH will be holding space for us to huddle, following social distancing ordinances and precautions. Snacks, light lunch, drinks (coffee, water, etc.) and fun breaks included! Get focused and get things done before the holiday whirlwind. With a little motivation and accountability from our squad, let’s work out ideas for your holiday sales or iron out other creative or business tasks together!
NEW TO THE CAVE?
The CAVE approach is a group work event where we shut everything else down (think phones, emails, etc.) and go into deep work to stay focused and productive. Because you are in a CAVE with fellow peers, it helps keep you accountable. In the CAVE, time is broken down into sprints, with the goal of tackling one task at a time for deep focus periods that range anywhere between 20, 30, 45, to 60 minutes long. Each productivity period is followed by a brain activity and/or break to help you reset--puzzles, brain games, art, and dancing.
For our Accountability CAVE we will have a thirty minute group mastermind session, where we can discuss any issues we are facing and ask for support and feedback from our peers, or just share what we are working on.

Event Cost: $20 (Includes snacks, coffee, beverages, and a light lunch)
Scheduled CAVE sessions* : Starts at 9AM sharp! There will be several entry time points that attendees can join— 9:00 AM | 9: 30 AM | 11:30 AM | 12:30 PM | 1:45 PM | 2:45 PM
*Please note: In order to be mindful of others in their workflow, we have very specific start times in which you can enter the CAVE. Please arrive during these times. You may exit the CAVE during any break sessions.

All registered attendees will receive a COVID-19 Liability Waiver prior to the start of the event; either sign online or print and sign at YBH
Your temperature will be taken prior to entry
Gloves and masks will be available for each person
Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the space
All workspaces will be socially distanced to ensure 6ft+ of spacing
All workspaces will be sanitized prior to use
Some workspaces will have acrylic screen guards
There are several H13-HEPA air purifiers (medical grade) throughout the space that will be operating during the event

Bus 1 Stops directly in front of YBH.
Parking: Limited parking is available in the back parking lot. I have attached an image to show you where to park. Pink is the building. "X" is the parking area. As you arrive to the front of the building, slow down, to the left of the building is an alley way. Turn right into the alley, and make an immediate right into the parking lot.
You can park in front of the dumpsters as well. Trash pick up is on Thursday and Friday.
