A collection of images interwoven in time, observing social changes from a concrete perspective.
In his first solo exhibit post-Covid-19 pandemic, Cisneros finds the common elements in decay and growth through hard transformation observed in Tijuana B.C.
Cisernos camera has documented the visible consequences of corruption and political strife, economic frustration, broken promises, and over-exploitation in Baja California.
