I have grown and scaled three businesses in the past 14 years. I am experienced in small business development, brand strategy, graphic design, creative direction, design and fabrication, manufacturing, and wholesale. I've licensed several lines of my former brand @the_RocShop to large retailers (Urban Outfitters/BHLDN). Most recently, scaling and keeping YBH alive and growing despite being closed for a year. ⁠ ⁠
