In this 90 minute experience, you’ll be immersed in the sensual experience of change. Why is this an important skill set? The body knows what is emerging before the mind can even conceptualize it. So to be in open communion with your sensual being means that you have a trusted companion to guide you through life’s shifts and transitions.
During this time, through sound, Breathwork, and yin yoga, you’ll:

✨Enter the creative cauldron of timelessness to envision + embody what is emerging in 2023
✨Activate what is emerging through vocalization + breathe
✨Embody the joy + pleasure in the unknown

✨$45 - I stress about meeting my basic needs, am unemployed, or a student
✨$55 - I may stress about meeting my basic needs but consistently meet them, employed and have health care
✨$65 - I comfortably meet my needs and have expendable income
