Death Cafe: Acknowledge our Mortality

unnamed-12.jpg

Death Cafe is an opportunity for people to gather, share tea and acknowledge our mortality. This is a heartfelt community circle and opportunity to "cozy up" to grief and explore both personal and cultural/collective relationships to death and dying.

Sarah Knapp is a San Diego based vocalist, death doula and "Alzheimer's groupie." She has spent the past 5 years being a caregiver and care manager for her father who is dying slowly of Alzheimer's disease. In her free time, she gigs with her sound-healing-trio "Kaivalya" and hosts the Wisdom Keepers Podcast. You can connect with her through Instagram: @everythingtrueisfree.
